Velkommen til mine sider
Jeg er utdannet coach/livsveileder og kursholder innenfor områdene personlig og transpersonlig utvikling, meditasjon, NLP og energiarbeid. Jeg har jobbet innenfor dette feltet i mange år, både som kursholder og som coach for private klienter. I tillegg jobber jeg som prosjektleder/statsviter i Den norske Helsingforskomite med internasjonale menneskerettigheter som arbeidsområde.Felles for mitt fokus og interessefelt er mennesket, de indre reiser og de ytre omgivelser vi alle er en del av. Autentiske, modige og inspirerende mennesker er drivkraften for forandring.
